Adding a YouTube Video to a Presentation
Saved video files are becoming a thing of the past, and nowadays, most videos are shared via YouTube (and other similar services). So it's likely that, at times, you'll want to show a video from YouTube as a part of your presentation. The easiest way to do this is to embed the video directly into your presentation. This way, you don't have to start looking for the video through a separate web browser in the middle of your presentation.
The Objective
We continue working on SmartArts_videos_and_presentation_view.pptx, and embed a YouTube video to slide 8. When you open the slide in Slide Show mode, the video will start playing automatically.
You can choose the video you want to embed freely. Afterward, the slide should look something like this:

Navigate to slide 8, and embed the video of your choosing using the Video button, which you find in the Media group, on the Insert tab. Lastly, click Online Videos.

You should always check that the Presentation Mode works properly before opening it in front of an audience. We also recommend doing this right before the presentation to ensure that it works without trouble on the specific computer you're working on.
Remember that you can change into Slide Show mode by pressing the keyboard shortcut Shift+F5, and back to Normal mode by pressing Esc.
