In this optional chapter we will review helpful background information for future chapters, as the use of office software also requires knowledge of the basics and terms of using a computer. For example, we may use the phrase “press Tab” in later sections of the training package, and assuming that everyone already knows where to find the Tab key.

What happens with the Tab key?

  • The text is indented or cursor is moved to the right in a table
  • A new tab will open
