Payment Methods We provide invoices to companies either via email or electronic invoice. We also use the Stripe service for payments and accept all major credit cards. All transactions are billed in euros.
Pricing The price of each course is clearly stated on the course page. Prices are subject to change at any time, but if you are already enrolled in a course, no additional fees will be charged.
Payment Schedule The payment term for invoices is 14 days.
Payment Plans We do not offer payment plans at this time.
Access to Training If the training is ongoing, access to the course will be provided no later than the next business day. If the training has not yet started, access will be provided once the training begins. We aim to deliver access by 7:00 AM on the day the training opens.
Refunds If you decide to cancel your enrollment within 14 days of gaining access to the course, we will refund your payment. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be granted. The refund will be in full, minus a 15 EUR processing fee.
Transfer of Enrollment If you are unable to attend the course and would like to transfer your enrollment to another person or another date, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. A fee of 50 EUR will be charged for transferring enrollment to another person.
