Personal data is required to perform the tasks mentioned above by the data controller.
Individuals who process the data are bound by confidentiality. The obligation of confidentiality continues after the employment relationship has ended. Only those individuals who need to process the data in their work have access to the systems.
At the request of the participant, the completion of the online course is accredited by Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. The university processes the data as a provider of its own service.
The online course provider does not retain personal data longer than is permitted by law and necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was collected.
The rights of the data subject are determined by the basis of the processing. The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data from the data controller and the right to request the correction or deletion of such data, or to request the restriction of processing or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
