Payment Policy

  1. Payment Methods
    We use Stripe for payment processing and accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed in USD.
  2. Course Pricing
    The price of each course is clearly stated on the course page. Prices are subject to change at any time, but if you have already enrolled in a course, you will not be charged any additional fees.
  3. Payment Schedule
    Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. You will not have access to the course until payment is received.
  4. Late Payment Fee
    If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of $50 or 50€. If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment.
  5. Payment Plans
    We do not offer payment plans at this time.
  6. Course Access and Refunds
    Access to the course will be granted within 24 hours of payment. The course will be open for a specific time period, as stated on the course page. If you decide to withdraw from the course within the first 14 days of the course start date (or in case of a course that is ongoing, the first 14 days after the access was given), we will refund your payment. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be given.
    No refunds will be given if the user has accessed the course site.
    In case of a refund, you will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
  7. Transfer of Enrollment
    If you are unable to attend the course and would like to transfer your enrollment to another person or to another time, please get in touch with us to make the necessary arrangements. There is a $24.99 fee for transferring your enrollment to another person.

By enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by the payment policy outlined above.
